Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of the product, change of mind, or incorrect selection by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will only be processed after verification.


Important – Unboxing Video Required

To claim a return for a damaged or incorrect product, customers must record a clear video while opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The product condition inside the package

Return or replacement requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the customer does not like the product

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at myprezensa@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Unboxing video

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the product.


Refund Policy

If the return request is approved due to damage or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement only.
